At Jadau, every piece is made-to-order and handcrafted specially for you. Therefore, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, size, color, or personal preference.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/video and order details. Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Important Notes
- No returns or refunds under any circumstances.
- Exchanges are only considered for verified manufacturing defects.
- Approved exchanges, if any, will be limited to the same product, size, and color.
- Slight variations in color, texture, embroidery, or embellishments are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.
